Typical repairs may involve rust removal or cut-out (depending on severity), treatment and sealing, panel repair, and paint refinishing. In some cases, full resprays or replacement panels may be required. In some cases, windscreen removal may be required where rust has developed in this area.
Underbody & Structural Rust Repair
Rust located in areas such as floor pans, sills, chassis rails and mounts underneath a vehicle is typically repaired by cutting out the affected sections and welding in new steel, where required. Protective coatings can also be applied after welding to help protect the repair long-term.

In most cases, once the rust has been properly assessed, we're able to define the scope and price the repair as a single, fixed job. If the repair turns out to be less involved than anticipated, we'll adjust the price downwards accordingly.
In limited cases, where rust is concealed and cannot reasonably be identified until areas are exposed, a staged approach may be required. If additional issues are discovered, we'll discuss the findings with photos and videos to support our findings before any further work proceeds, so you remain in control.
For more complex rust repairs, a $300 inspection and quote preparation fee may apply, which will always be discussed with you upfront.
